You have the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.<\/strong><\/p>

How to return or exchange a product:<\/h3>

  • Please contact us through the platform and one of our colleagues will provide you with full instructions.<\/p><\/li>

  • You will need your order number <\/strong>\u2013 the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail (please also check your \u201cSpam\u201d folder).
    Depending on the case, we will provide instructions. For UK, you will receive a return label to use when shipping it back.
    For most European countries we will either send a courier to collect the package, or you will receive a return label to use when shipping it back.<\/p><\/li>

  • Return conditions:<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • The product must be in its original condition, without signs of wearing, washing, or use.<\/p><\/li>

    • All tags and packaging must be preserved and returned together with the item.<\/p><\/li>

    • Products that are intentionally damaged or show signs of improper use will not be accepted.<\/p><\/li>

    • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided that the return conditions are met.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Exchange:<\/h3>

      • You may exchange the product for the same model in a different size or color, if available.<\/p><\/li>

      • If you wish to exchange it for a different item \u2013 if there is a price difference, it must be paid or refunded.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Refunds:<\/h3>

        • After receiving and approving the returned product, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days<\/strong> directly to your credit card or via bank transfer for countries with payment on delivery.<\/p><\/li>

        • In most cases, the refund is processed much faster.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
