You have the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return or exchange a product:

• Please contact us through the platform and one of our colleagues will provide you with full instructions.

• You will need your order number – the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail (please also check your “Spam” folder).
  Depending on the case, we will provide instructions. For UK, you will receive a return label to use when shipping it back.
  For most European countries we will either send a courier to collect the package, or you will receive a return label to use when shipping it back.

• Return conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, without signs of wearing, washing, or use.

• All tags and packaging must be preserved and returned together with the item.

• Products that are intentionally damaged or show signs of improper use will not be accepted.

• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided that the return conditions are met.

Exchange:

• You may exchange the product for the same model in a different size or color, if available.

• If you wish to exchange it for a different item – if there is a price difference, it must be paid or refunded.

Refunds:

• After receiving and approving the returned product, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days directly to your credit card or via bank transfer for countries with payment on delivery.

• In most cases, the refund is processed much faster.
